Evernote Review
There are a ton of instruments I use to compose as long as I can remember—the Todoist application, my projectile diary, my telephone schedule, and so on. They all work consistently together to ensure I remember anything and know precisely what ventures I have to handle straightaway!
Today however, I need to go further into one of my preferred computerized devices…
I’ve been utilizing this program for around 3 years now, and I’m enamored.
From the outset, I basically spared a couple of articles from the web that I needed to reference over and over, however now it’s become my computerized file organizer for pretty much everything except for (here’s the means by which I sort out my genuine file organizer and choose what to keep where!)!
Truth be told, one of my drawn out objectives is to go as paperless as could be expected under the circumstances—particularly with bills, explanations, and a wide range of arbitrary data. The permits me to do all that and that’s only the tip of the iceberg, while keeping me excessively sorted out all the while.
In case you’re interested about how to utilize Evernote, this post will give you a general diagram of what you have to know. Try not to feel scared, in light of the fact that I’ve perused pretty much every Evernote-related book and article out there. I’ll just give you the top tips that I have discovered amazingly valuable myself!
First of all—there are such a significant number of things you can do with Evernote, that it’s anything but difficult to escape in all the cool highlights and attempt to utilize each and every one of them. I have discovered that it’s significantly more useful to characterize Evernote as an online details instead of a Task Management design System.
Sometimes we keep such irregular notes that when we look back, “What is this now?” We try to remember. Sometimes we forget or not find the notebook (known, time is not enough if we count those in the bag). No matter how tidy you are, there is no guarantee that your notes will not get lost or work smoothly on your computer.
You can also add bookmarks in your browser when you come across important information on the Internet. But it is also necessary to think that the content on the internet is quickly deleted. Also, you may not always find everything that works for you on the Internet. You have to do some things personally. That is why an independent application running in the cloud, which does not have to worry about loss or disruption, can be life-saving.
Why ?
The most important reason to choose Evernote is that it has been devoted to creating a simple, functional and secure note-keeping platform since its inception, and it has been supported by many different applications, software and hardware. It has a special application for all main platforms such as Android, iPhone, Windows. It also has a mobile web interface for Linux users.
Evernote has options such as free, Plus and Premium. If you do not need to write very large (eg HD video) content, the free package is sufficient.
60 MB per month (914,560 characters when calculated) will be sufficient for most people to have both written and voice notes.
With stacks feature, one of the in-notebook categories is used to collect notes under the same title. You can find it very comfortable when you search for your notes later by adding tags. There is also a messaging platform called “work chat” that you can chat with your colleagues via the application.
Evernote seamlessly syncs your notes, images and voice recordings via the cloud, giving you access from all your devices.
Documents in the cloud are not lost
In this regard, it is better to use a cloud-based tool than paper. Because there is a possibility of losing your paper, but thanks to its work on the cloud, it is always more practical to access it from your phone or from your computer.
Notes you take at work, meeting notes, on the board, incoming fax, scribbled while talking on the phone, etc. pack them all in one box / tray. Then save it to the vehicle you use for GTD. Sort your actions in order of importance and label them by subject. If you also set an alarm for the deadline of each action, you will be comfortable.
You can use Microsoft OneNote, Google Keep, Asana and many more tools with GTD method. One prominent difference of Evernote is that it offers us the note formats in certain themes as a ready template. I recommend you to look at the templates, help and learning pages to see these templates, save them to your application and for more information.
